Epoxy resin vacuum potting
Potting in a vacuum environment can completely eliminate the air in the winding gaps, reducing the bubble rate from 5% to 15% in the normal pressure process to below 0.1%. This ensures that the potting compound perfectly penetrates into the tiniest gaps of the motor, forming a defect-free sealing insulation layer, and establishes an efficient thermal conduction channel from the coil to the housing, ultimately guaranteeing the long-term reliable operation of the traction motor under harsh conditions such as high pressure, strong vibration, and humidity.
