Job Responsibilities:
1. Understand the structure and functional characteristics of similar products and patent works in the dispensing, filling, and coating industries, and make technical analysis and patent analysis reports;
2. Collect new technology information and development trends in the industry, and improve, enhance, and innovate the company's products;
3. Responsible for the research and development and design of new projects, completing project structure design, component selection, etc.;
4. Responsible for project technical feasibility analysis, technical plan formulation and optimization;
5. Responsible for organizing and summarizing technical documents, and writing patent application materials for related technologies.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above in mechanical design related major, more than five years of experience in automation equipment research and development;
2. Be familiar with the principles of mechanical structure, and design reasonable mechanical structures according to needs. Priority will be given to those with experience in the entire project design;
3. Be familiar with the principles of mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic pressure, and be able to design a reasonable mechanical structure according to the requirements. Select appropriate components according to design requirements;
4. Be familiar with conventional circuit knowledge, understand the use of common sensors, and be able to reasonably select models according to the product selection manual;
5. Have been engaged in The structural design of the whole machine or parts of precision machinery requires rich engineering experience in various precision transmission designs, the ability to communicate effectively with customers, and good PPT presentation skills;
6. Familiar with mechanical processing technology , sheet metal processing technology, designing reasonable parts according to the technology;
7. Proficient in mechanical drawing software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD;
8. Have good planning and execution capabilities , proactive, strong sense of responsibility, good sense of teamwork, good at communication.
Job Description
1. Responsible for the electrical selection and circuit diagram drawing, equipment debugging and after-sales service of the company's dispensing, coating, filling and other fluid equipment;
2. Responsible for the electrical optimization and program standardization of existing equipment and the construction of software frameworks, familiar with Siemens configuration and visualization software (WinCC Flexible SMART, WinCC Basic and WinCC Comfort), and possess certain AI design capabilities;
3 . It is better to be familiar with CE certification and its electronic and electrical safety design and selection requirements, and understand the safety testing specifications of industrial machinery and electrical equipment (GB/IEC/UL) or semiconductor SEMI-related electrical circuit design requirements;
4. Preparation and filing of electrical operation debugging documents and other assigned tasks during the project development process.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, automation, mechanical and electrical related fields; more than three years of experience in dispensing and gluing , equipment development experience in the glue filling industry, PLC motion control experience is preferred;
2. Proficient in at least one professional electrical drawing software (such as EPLAN) for automation project drawing design, and understand the electrical drawing of industrial machinery and electrical equipment Relevant specification requirements are better;
3. Be proficient in the selection and application of commonly used PLCs (such as Siemens, Mitsubishi or Omron, etc.), and master human-machine interface programming. Understand the software program design and development process of the operation control card (C++ or C#);
4. Be familiar with the working principles of common components (AC/DC, stepper servo motors, frequency converters, sensors, pneumatic components, low-voltage electrical appliances, etc.) And selection and application; proficient in driver debugging and basic operation of operation control card.
5. Be proficient in serial communication, network port communication, bus communication and MES system docking;
6. Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, as well as on-site service Debugging experience.
