1、 According to the characteristics of the adhesive, it can be adapted to various adhesive valve applications.

2、 Independently developed software system to achieve real-time proportioning, mixing, and filling of two-component adhesives.

3、 The material preparation system can be configured with gear pump, screw pump, plunger pump, and diaphragm pump feeding methods based on the characteristics of the adhesive.

4、 The rubber drum is made of SUS304 stainless steel material, which is corrosion-resistant. Double barrel design, sealed storage, not easily spoiled, with optional capacities of 10L, 20L, 45L, and 60L.

5、 The rubber drum is equipped with functions such as constant temperature heating, motor stirring, vacuum defoaming, liquid level sensor, pipeline pressure monitoring, etc. It has abnormal alarms and interface prompts.


Applicable adhesives: two-component adhesives such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, organic silicone, etc
