Reusable stainless steel precision nozzles are machined for exacting micro-volume dispensing and offer orifice dimensions from 100 to 500µm.

Designed for dispensing epoxy, UV glue, solder paste, cyanoacrylate and other assembly fluids.

The syringes are dispensed using an automated system with a pneumatic dispenser and a unique nozzle stabilizing fixture. The clamp holds the nozzle in place, keeping it in a stable position so the dispense height is constant for syringe barrel changes.
