Featuring a unique inert polypropylene tube design that bends around edges and corners for spray paint and solvent bonding and allows for easy dispensing in hard-to-reach areas. Special flexible needle tube prevents scratches or punctures, and needles can be easily angled or cut to length. Ideal for wiping surfaces where liquid needs to be applied, the sleeve also prevents clogging to provide the most repeatable, accurate liquid deposits.
Unique SafeLock™ hub threads ensure a safe, secure connection to the dispensing syringe barrel. Each hub is also built and quality tested to be free of molding flash – bits of plastic that can block fluid flow and cause inconsistent deposits.
All Optimum dispensing tips are manufactured in the USA in a silicone-free facility to prevent fluid contamination and are certified for industrial use.
Tip hubs are color coded by Dimension to aid in identifying gauge or inside diameter. Tips are also packaged in clear boxes for easy inventory control – lot numbers, part numbers and other information are clearly labeled for better process control and traceability.
