Wafer spraying and uniform bonding

A wafer refers to a silicon wafer used in the production of silicon semiconductor circuits, whose raw material is silicon. High purity polycrystalline silicon is dissolved and doped with silicon crystal seeds, then slowly pulled out to form cylindrical monocrystalline silicon. After grinding, polishing, and slicing, silicon crystal rods form silicon wafers, also known as wafers. The domestic wafer production lines are mainly 8 inches and 12 inches.

Application process: Quantitative can achieve automatic spraying, semi-automatic glue mixing, and adhesive removal at the rear edge.
